摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱测定通脉口服液中阿魏酸和葛根素含量的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC对该制剂中阿魏酸和葛根素的含量同时进行测定。色谱柱为DIKMA-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(含1%的冰醋酸)=30∶70,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃。结果RP-HPLC法,葛根素和阿魏酸在一定色谱条件下能够完全分离,阿魏酸线性范围0.017 8-0.106 8 mg.mL-1(r=0.999 4),葛根素线性范围0.009 0-0.054 0 mg.mL-1(r=0.999 2),平均加样平均回收率分别为:99.25%、99.57%;RSD分别为:1.2%、1.3%。结论本方法可有效地控制通脉口服液质量。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Tongmai oral liquid by RP HPLC. Methods The ferulic acid and puerarin were determined by RP-HPLC at the same time, The reversed phase HPLC system consisting of a C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm) and the mobile phase was methanol water (1% glacial acetic acid), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, UV detection wavelength was at 254 nm, and the column temperature was set up at25℃.
