摘要
2002年6月7日,湄江上中游发生了一场特大暴雨洪水,造成了严重的经济损失,对这次暴雨洪水的降水量、暴雨特性、洪峰流量、洪水径流、洪水特性及重现期进行分析,有助于掌握和了解山区局地特大暴雨洪水的特性,为防灾减灾工作提供科学依据。
On the 7th of June, 2002, a torrential rain in the upper and middle reaches of Meijiang brought about a catastrophic flood which caused a great economic loss , This paper thinks that the analysis of the precipitation, the property of the rain, the water amount of the flood peak, the surface runoff of the flood, the property of the flood and the reappearing time may help us to know the property of local flood caused by mountainous torrential rains only to find the scientific evidence for preventing and reducing flood disaster.
