摘要
通过对建设项目全寿命成本管理的详细阐述,结合例证,客观分析了我国建设项目成本管理的发展现状及存在的问题,提出了全寿命成本指数计算方法,同时还有针对性地提出了实践对策。
The current situation and open question were investigated objectively, which was based on expatiating and illustrating the building project＇s life cycle costing control in China. A computing method of life cycle costing index was advanced and some available countermeasures were also discussed at the same time.
