摘要
研究开发了MC9S12DP256在数字比例阀控制系统中的应用,设计出一套通用型比例数字放大控制器,通过采用多路模拟开关技术,使该系统具备电流电压可切换多范围输入输出,采用模块式程序控制工作状态,可以针对不同工况配置模块系统参数,根据模块选择控制不同工况,用增量方式对液压阀的压力流量进行控制,使之具有灵活性、可靠性、价格低廉、通用性强等优点,通过总线接口可以实现对应控制液压阀工业总线控制,该控制器具有很好的推广价值。
Researched on the application of MC9S12DP256 in digital ratio hydraulic valve controller. Under the application of anolog multiplexer, this system obtained the functions of multi-input and output of voltage and current. This instrument used block structure design in software in order to control various working models through model option and can calibrate it accord with different working circumstances. By usage of incremental control, it has advantages of high flexibility, durability, widely adaptability and low cost. It can achieve CAN industrial control by CAN interface. This system deserved well promotion.
