摘要
阐述了低应力变频振动精密下料的工作机理。根据变频振动下料系统构成和坯料断面的质量要求,建立了多种变频振动下料的振动频率控制曲线,并详细地论述了各振动频率控制曲线的工作特性和参数配置。最后,完成了材质分别为LY8、20钢、45钢、T8钢等棒料在不同振动频率控制曲线下的变频振动下料试验。通过对试验结果的观察分析,确定了较为理想的振动频率控制曲线。
The basic principle of the variant-frequency vibration precision cropping was explained. According to the construction of the vibration cropping system and the quality requirement of the manufacturing surface, various vibration frequency curves were created. The working performances and the controlling parameters of various vibration frequency curves were discussed. Many experiments on the material of LY8, 20, 45 and T8 steel were conducted under the control of various vibration frequency curves. Through the analysis of experimental results, the ideal vibration frequency curve was determined.
