基于光纤传感器的高精度油罐液位测量系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对传统油罐液位测量的局限性,给出一种基于光纤传感器的高精度油罐液位测量系统。该系统采用集散式监控模式,下位机油罐监测器通过光纤与安装在油罐底部的光纤液位传感器连接,完成了油罐液位信号的采集和传输,并利用DSP技术完成液位数据的实时高速转换与处理;上位机监测软件通过串行通信与油罐监测器实时交换数据,实现油罐液位、容积显示以及实时预报警功能。实验结果表明,该系统具有性价比高、可靠性强、精度高、本质安全和易于维护等特点,可以保证油库管理的安全畅通、高效运行,具有良好的市场应用前景。 Aiming at the limitation of traditional liquid-level measurement in oil tank, based on optical fiber sensor, a high precision liquid-level measuring system which adopts distributing center control model was presented. Slave-computer ( oil tank monitor) fulfils liquid-level signal acquisition and transmission by connecting to optical fiber liquid-level sensors which is installed in oil tank bottom, realizes liquid-level data high speed transform and processing using DSP; Super-computer monitoring software realizes the display of oil tank liquid-level and volume and the function of real-time alarm by data exchange with oil tank monitor through serial communication. The results show that this system has characters of high performance, low price, strong reliability, high precision, intrinsic safety and simple maintenance, can guarantee oil tank manage safely and will be widely required in application.
