摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钼合金中镧的分析方法。对试样溶样方法和酸度进行了研究,最终采用浓硫酸+硫酸铵溶解样品,以纯钼粉打底进行基体匹配消除基体干扰,选择了最佳元素分析谱线,确定了背景校正的最佳波长位置及最佳的仪器分析参数。结果表明:该方法回收率为98%~103%,RSD小于3.0%,且简便、快速、准确度高,已用于钽合金产品的检验。
A new method was studied for the determination of lanthanum in molybdenum alloys by ICP-AES. The conditions of sample dissolution and the effects of acid concentration were explored. The samples are dissolved by concentrated sulphuric acid and ammonium sulfate. The spectral interference of matrix element lanthanum to the spectral lines of element determined was investigated and corrected by the matrix matching and background correction methods. The optimal analytical lines and detection conditions were selected. The recovery is in the range of 98%-103%. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 3.0%. The method is rapid, simple with high accuracy. It has been applied to product analysis with satisfactory results.
