摘要
目的探讨MMP-9与初诊DM早期AS的关系。方法采用ELISA方法对初诊52例DM患者及46例正常对照组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平进行测定,同时用高分辨率超声检测IMT,比较两组差别。结果DM组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及IMT显著高于NC组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),多元回归分析显示与MMP-9、TIMP-1均分别与CCAIMT、ICAIMT密切相关(,P<0.05)。结论初诊2型DM患者MMP-9血清水平增高且与IMT密切相关,提示MMP-9可能是初诊2型DM早期AS形成及发展的重要机制之一。
[Objective] To measure serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and carotid intimal-medial thickness in newly detected type 2 diabetic Patients and to evaluate the significance of MMP-9 in the pathogenesis of newly detected type 2 diabetic early atherosclerosis. [Methods] The levels of serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured by ELISA in 46 normal controls (NC group) and 52 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 DM individuals (DM group) and ultrasound measurement of the IMT of the common carotid artery were performed. [Results] The levels of MMP-9, TIMP-land IMT were markedly elevated in DM group than in NC group (P 〈0.05), There were remarkably positive correlations between MMP-9 and FBG, CCAIMT, LDL-C, while TIMP-1 was well correlated with UAER, ICAIMT. [Conclusions] MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are critically involved in the development of newly detected type 2 diabetic early atheresclerosis.
