摘要
模拟实际火灾环境分别制备了两种短路熔珠,对其金相组织进行了定性和定量分析,研究了熔珠凝固后火场高温火烧对金相组织的影响,提出了鉴别两种短路熔珠的方法,即通过分析组织类型、共晶体含量的差异,判断是由线路短路引发了火灾,还是火灾导致了线路短路。
The primary arc beads and the secondary arc beads are the important evidence for identification of the cause of fire during airplane electrical fire investigation. A method is proposed to distinguish the two types of arc beads which are made in the laboratory by the qualitative and quantitative metallographic analysis. And the influence of fire environment on grain modality is studied when beads crystal. The cause of fire, such as whether the electrical short circuit (ESC) was the cause of the fire (primary arc beads) or whether the fire caused the ESC (second arc beads), is evaluated and analyzed by the features in metallographic structure and (Cu-4-CuzO).
