摘要
基于洪水波运动规律及潮水周期性变化规律,建立了感潮河段洪潮补偿调度模型,并将模型应用于深圳市布吉河流域的防洪调度中。与常规调度方式相比,洪潮补偿调度方式在不影响下游防洪安全的情况下,能根据潮水周期性变化规律动态调整河道实际泄洪流量,以充分利用河道泄洪能力,减少洪灾风险。因此,洪潮补偿调度泄流决策比常规调度固定泄流决策更灵活,调度更合理,值得进一步研究和应用。
Based on the characteristics of flood wave transmission and the periodicity change of tide, a flood and tide compensating operation model is proposed, The application of the model is demonstrated for Buji river in Shenzhen City. Compared with the regular operation method, the compensating method can greatly increase the flood discharge of the tidal fiver and decrease the risk of flood disaster. Therefore; this method is more effective than the regular onein controlling flood and guiding reservoir dispatehing.
