摘要 对一起预防性试验中不合格的10kV金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)进行解剖,发现内部有明显受潮渗水痕迹,通过分析该MOA的密封性,指出绝缘外套与心部之间、阀片之间密封不良是造成MOA受潮的主要原因,提出将整个阀片与其绝缘套作一体式封装,可以彻底解决受潮隐患。 A 10 kV metal oxide arrester (MOA) that had failed the preventive test was dissected and found damp in the interior. Upon tightness analysis of the MOA, a conclusion was drawn that the poor sealing among the insulation covering and the core as well as the valve elements was the main reason of the problem. It is proposed that the whole valve element and its insulation covering should be encapsulated as one piece to thoroughly eliminate the hidden trouble of getting damp.
