摘要
在静态条件下用改性的壳聚糖、海带、泥炭吸附电镀废水中重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ),探讨了废水pH、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、铬液初始质量浓度对去除Cr(Ⅵ)效果的影响。结果表明,在废水pH为1.0-2.0,吸附时间为120 min,按Cr(Ⅵ)与吸附剂质量比1∶200投加吸附剂进行处理,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达99%以上。含Cr(Ⅵ)的电镀废水经改性壳聚糖吸附后,废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的含量均低于国家排放标准。
The adsorption of heavy metallic ion Cr(Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater on the modified chitosan, modified kelp and modified peat was studied under the condition of static state. The effects of pH of wastewater, adsorption time, absorbents quantity, initial mass concentration of Cr( Ⅵ ) in wastewater were discussed. The results show that the removal rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) is more than 99 % under the conditions of the pH range of 1.0 - 2.0, adsorption time of 120 min and the mass ratio of Cr( Ⅵ ) to adsorbent of 1 : 200. Then the electroplating wastewater containing Cr( Ⅵ ) is adsorbed by modified chitosan, the content of Cr( Ⅵ ) in wastewater is lower than effluent discharge standard.
