摘要
目的用红外成像仪测量Thermafil热牙胶根充系统根管充填时牙根表面温度变化。方法选用门诊因牙周炎拔除的上颌离体中切牙,进行常规根管预备,然后用Thermafil热牙胶根充系统进行根管充填。用红外成像仪跟踪监测从根充前到根充完成这一过程中根管外表面温度变化。结果根管外表面温度根充后比根充前平均升高4.8℃,低于引起周围组织损伤的阈值温度10℃。结论本研究表明Thermafil热牙胶根充系统根充时会导致根管外表面温度升高,但不会造成牙周组织及其周围组织的损伤。
Objective To investigate the changes of root surface temperature generated by the Thermafil system using infrared thermography in vitro. Methods The root canals of 12 extracted maxillary central incisorswere prepared with routine methods and then obturated with the Thermafil system. The external root surface temperature was assessed with infrared thermography before and after the obturation. Results The mean temperature of external root surface rose 4.8℃ after the obturation with Thermafil system. Conclusion The root surface temperatures generated by thermafil system may not damage periodontal tissues.
