2种护理满意度调查方法的结果比较与分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨住院病人护理满意度调查的最佳方式,以获得准确信息,为做出科学的护理管理决策、改进护理工作提供可靠依据。方法采取问卷调查的形式,设置满意度问卷调查箱,由护理部组织护士长、入院处护士分别进行调查,并对结果进行比较分析。结果2种不同的调查方法所获得的结果差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其中以入院处护士对出院病人发放满意度调查结果最真实、可靠。结论入院处护士发放调查问卷是一种较好的护理满意度调查方法。 Objective To explore the best means to survey inpatients' satisfaction degree to nursing care, so as to acquire the exact information and provide the reliable guidance for scientific nursing management decision and the improvement of quality of nursing. Methods Questionnaire were used to investigate patients' satisfaction degree via two different survey means, including by establishing survey boxes, or by making survey by the head--nurses and the nurses in admission office organized by the nursing department. All the data were compared and analyzed. Results There was a significant difference between the results obtained from the two different survey means (P 〈 0.05). The survey by nurses in admission office was the most exact and reliable survey ways. Conclusions The survey by nurses in admission office is a better method to investigate patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
