摘要
某煤粉锅炉采用内螺纹管水冷壁,由于焊口附近内螺纹错位和焊口的影响,引起管内螺纹凹槽和焊口附近的流场发生急剧变化,容易形成涡流,流体发生回流现象,使焊口附近容易产生沉积物。沉积量增大后,由于炉水中氯离子有时偏离规定值,会诱发在沉积物下的氢腐蚀。为了防止水冷壁管的氢腐蚀,应该在水质处理、锅炉运行、焊接工艺等方面加以改进。
Female screw thread pipes are adopted by water wall of a pulverized coal boiler. Influenced by the displacement of screw thread and crater, the flow field in it has rapid change. The back flow usually results in deposit. Hydrogen corrosion is inducted by deposit with chloride ion. The water conditioning, boiler operation, welding procedure should be improved to slow up water wall's erosion.
