摘要
通过分析大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生机理,提出了大体积混凝土施工温度控制的措施,并针对支井河大桥C20大体积混凝土冬季施工的特点,通过选择合适的原材料、优化混凝土配合比设计,对混凝土在无保温措施和采取外部保温措施2种情况下的内外温差进行比较分析,最终确定选择外部保温的温控措施,并成功地进行了C20大体积混凝土的浇筑。
This paper analyzed the mechanism about temperature cracks of large volume concrete, and put forward the content about temperature control of Large Volume Concrete Construction. Based on the status of C20 large volume concrete of Zhijing River Bridge in the winter construction, it is concluded that large volume concrete cracks could be controlled. By the select of raw materials, the design of mixture ration and analyzing no surface temperature preservation and surface temperature preservation on the concrete, the surface temperature preservation was fixed, At last the C20 large volume concrete was successfully applied.
