峰龄胶囊对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病自身抗体的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察峰龄胶囊对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的自身抗体促甲状腺受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)血清浓度的影响。方法将109例患者随机分为2组,治疗组予功能治疗和峰龄胶囊口服,对照组单予功能治疗,治疗前后均测TRAb、TGAb、TPOAb血清浓度并作比较。结果治疗后治疗组TGAb、TPOAb血清浓度明显下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异,TRAb 2组之间无显著性差异。结论峰龄胶囊能降低自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者的TGAb、TPOAb血清浓度。
