摘要
TRIZ是对250万项发明专利进行研究后,形成的解决工程问题的方法论。介绍了TRIZ的起源、基本理论、方法体系及CAI。结合实例,运用冲突矩阵查找创新原理,完成新产品的设计。利用其分割、柔性壳体或薄膜、参数变化、复合材料等创新原理解决传统教学工具的弊端,详细论述了TRIZ解决问题的基本步骤。
TRIZ is an innovation theory summarized from 2.5 million patents that help people solve engineering problems. The derivation of TRIZ, basic principles, methodology and CAI are introduced in this paper. According to the actual example, by applying TRIZ and by means of conflict matrix principle, the innovation of the teaching aids has been discussed and explored. By applying principles including segmentation, flexible shells or thin films, parameter changes, and composite materials, the disadvantages of traditional teaching aids can be overcome. The basic process about how to solve the problems is described.
