摘要 研究了Si3N4基陶瓷和Ti(CN)基陶瓷分别与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在干摩擦条件下对摩时的磨损行为,并且通过销-盘磨损试验和磨损表面形貌分析等,提出了这2种陶瓷的磨损机理:Si3N4基陶瓷主要是在磨损表面发生偶件材料1Cr18Ni9Ti粘着层的粘着与剥落,同时陶瓷中的Si向粘着层发生扩散转移,并在粘着层表面下20~30μm深度范围内产生裂纹和断裂而导致磨损;Ti(CN)基陶瓷在发生粘着层的粘着与剥落的同时,还由于摩擦温度很高引起陶瓷表面熔化。 The wear behaviors of the pairs consisting of Si 3N 4 based and Ti(CN) based ceramic respectively with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel under dry friction condition were studied.The wear mechanisms for two kinds of ceramic were proposed through pin on disc wear test and morphology analyses of worn surface .The wear of Si 3N 4 based ceramic mainly resulted from adhering and peeling off of 1Cr18Ni9Ti adhering layer at worn surface,diffusion of element Si from the ceramic to the adhering layer,as well as the cracking and fracture at the depth of about 20~30 μm below its surface;That of Ti(CN) based ceramic was due to ceramic surface melting caused by high friction temperature,squeezing away of molten ceramic or cracking and fracture induced by solidification contraction as well as adhering and peeling off of 1Cr18Ni9Ti adhering layer at worn surface.
