大鼠急性感染后肠功能紊乱不同治疗前后肠道菌群及调节性T细胞的改变

摘要 感染后肠易激综合征(PI-IBS)是一种常见的IBS类型,其发生与免疫有关,前期研究表明,调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)的改变参与了感染后肠功能紊乱的致病过程。而最近有文献提示,Treg细胞的变化可能与肠道菌群有关,因此肠道菌群的改变可能会相应引起Treg细胞的变化,从而参与了感染后肠功能紊乱的致病过程。
