摘要
为了最大限度地利用井口的油井伴生气,降低热洗车的运行成本,进行了热洗车车载锅炉双燃料燃烧加热系统的研究,建立了双燃料热平衡燃烧加热模型,确立了燃料与空气之间的合理匹配关系,并全新设计了燃气、燃油和空气供给系统;通过可编程控制器(PLC)实现对双燃料燃烧加热的控制,开发出一套热油清蜡车车载锅炉双燃料燃烧加热系统。通过试验以及运行使用,验证了理论模型的正确性和可行性。
To make full use of associated gas of the oil field on the well and quicken oil field's development and decrease the vehicle's running cost, we do research on the duel-fuel burning and heating system of the boiler on the hot-oil paraffin-cleaning vehicle. In the article, the burning and heating model for the dual-fuel burning and heating system was built. And some theoretical work on the optimal ratio between the duelfuel and the air was done. And we did some design work on the fuel supply system and the air supply system. Also we designed the burning instrument and studied the PLC controlling system. So the dual-fuel burning and heating system come into use. Through the experiments, we prove that the dual-fuel burning model is correct and feasible and its heat efficiency is higher. And it has better economy, better feasibility and better practicably.
