摘要
随着西方哲学关于主体性研究的发展,翻译中的主体间性研究开始登场。在文学翻译中,译者担负着多重身份,他们对原作的翻译既是“创造性叛逆”,又是一种“误读”,“创造性叛逆”往往寓于误读之中,并以误译的形式出现。译者的“创造性叛逆”是译者主体性的体现,也蕴含了主体间性特征,并且译者的主体性和“创造性叛逆”是以主体间的互动与制约为基础而呈现的。因此,译者的“创造性叛逆”既是一种主体性事实,也是一种主体间性事实。
With the development of study on subjective in Western Philosophy, the inter-subjective in translation appeared. In literary translation, translator has multiple identities, his translation are both "creative treason" and misreading, "creative treason" often hides behind misreading and appears by form of misreading. The translator's "creative treason" embodies the translator's subjective as well as inter-subjective. Moreover, translator's subjective and inter-subjective present based on the subjective' mutual impel and restrict. Therefore, the translator's "creative treason" are both the fact of subjective and that of inter-subjective.
