摘要
在邓小平“三个有利于”思想的基础上,以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体,强调从国内外形势的发展变化中对资本主义的发展进程进行全新的认识,大胆借鉴当代资本主义迅速发展的经验,建立创新发展观,全力进行科技创新、制度创新和理论创新,以推动中国社会主义的跨越式发展。
Based on the foundation of Deng Xiao-ping ＂Three Favorables＂ ideology and under the leadership of the third generation with the core leader Jiang Ze-min, the paper emphasizes the idea to recognize the capitalism developing process from the situation home and abroad, to establish a standpoint of blazing new trails using the capitalism development as a reference. Therefore, an effort to carry on innovation science and technology, system innovation and theory innovation will be launched in order to promote China socialism a great development.
