摘要
从造纸中段废水的处理现状出发,对其深度处理的必要性和紧迫性进行了讨论,并以广泛研究和实际应用的废水深度处理方法为基础,对其应用于中段废水深度处理的可行性进行了分析。对于造纸中段废水的深度处理,单一的处理方法均存在其应用局限性,其中物化法有成本高、吸附剂再生困难、污泥量大等缺点,生物法则难以进一步降低废水的COD,生态法易受土地资源及气候等条件的制约。分析表明,只有通过不同方法的联合,优势互补,才能做到经济性和实用性的统一。
Based on the current treatment condition, the necessity and urgency of advanced treatment of papermaking middle-stage wastewater were discussed. The current wastewater advanced treatment processes were summarized, and their feasibility for papermaking middle-stage wastewater was analyzed. It is concluded that for the advanced treatment of papermaking middle-stage wastewater, single treatment process has its disadvantages, for example, the physical-chemical process has high cost, difficulty in regenerating adsorption agent and large amount of sludge; the biological process is difficult to reduce COD further; the ecological process is limited by land resource and climate. So it is only through a combined process that the unification of economical efficiency and practicability can be achieved.
