Comparison of Effect of He-Ne Laser and Semiconductor Laser in treatment of Unhealing Wound after Abdominal Operation

摘要 目的:比较He-Ne激光和半导体激光对腹部手术未愈伤口的疗效。方法:对65例和54例因外科或妇产科腹部手术伤口愈合不良而分别进行氦氖激光和半导体激光治疗患者的疗效作回顾性分析。结果:1、65例患者进行3-24次He-Ne激光治疗,平均(8.9±3.9)次;54例患者进行4-18次半导体激光治疗,平均(8.4±2.9)次。2、在疗效上,He-Ne激光治疗组中48%(31/65)患者达到痊愈,52%(34/65)患者达到显效;而半导体激光治疗组中只有19%(10/54)患者达到痊愈,78%(42/54)患者达到显效,还有3%(2/54)只达到好转。He-Ne激光治疗的效果明显优于半导体激光(P=0.000)。结论:He-Ne激光与半导体激光对腹部手术伤口愈合不良进行照射的次数之间无显著性差异,但He-Ne激光的疗效明显较半导体激光好。对于腹部手术伤口愈合不良的治疗,优先选择He-Ne激光。 Objective:To compare the effect of He-Ne laser and semiconductor in unhealing wound after abdominal operation. Methods: 65 cases of unhealing wound after abdominal operation were treated with He-Ne laser by enlarging facula, and 54 cases of unhealing wound after abdominal operation were treated with semiconductor laser. Results: 1.65 Cases were treated for 3-24 times (8.9±3.9) times with He-Ne laser. 54 Cases were treated for 4-18 times (8.4±2.9) times with semiconductor laser. 2.48% of patients treated with He-Ne laser were curative, 52% were effective. Only 19% of patients treated with semiconductor laser were curative, 78% were effective, 3% were getting better. Effect of semiconductor laser in treatment of unhealing wound after abdominal operation was better than that of He-Ne laser (P=0. 000). Conclusions: No difference in the treating times between He-Ne laser and semiconductor laser in treatment of unhealing wound after abdominal operation was better than that of semiconductor laser. He-Ne laser should be choosen in treatment of unhealing wound after abdominal operation rather than semiconductor laser.
