摘要
考虑到光照变化以及定位出的车牌周边环境和自身干扰等因素,提出了一种新的车牌二值化的方法,这种方法结合了高斯拉普拉斯算子法和迭代法。实验结果表明,此方法二值化效果好,对于有噪声干扰、非均匀光照的牌照图像有良好的适应性。
Considering the changes of illumination, the surrounding environment of the license plate and the license plate itself, a new method of taking threshold value of binarization is introduced. This method combines the Gauss-Laplace method and the iteration method. It has been proved that the result of the binarization is well, and has good adaptability to the license plate picture with noise interfering and nonuniform illumination.
