摘要
袋式除尘器是一种应用非常广泛的除尘设备。为了提高清灰除尘效果,减轻工人劳动强度,本文提出了一种新的压差传感器及其自动检测控制系统,并结合脉冲袋式除尘器绘制了电气控制原理图。采用本方法可以实现对所有袋式除尘器进行自动检测控制。
Baghouse filter is a kind of widely-used dust-collector. In order to improve its dust collecting and cleaning behaviour, decreasing the operator's work strength, a new kind of pressure-drop sensor and its automatical controlling and detecting system have been introduced and principle of the pulse-jet filter's electricity control, by means of which, automatical controlling and detecting system for all varieties of baghouse filter can be designed.
