摘要 为了降低轴承噪声、优化高速轴承动特性,更精确的轴承动力学设计是亟待解决的问题,从理论研究和试验测试两方面综述了国内外轴承动力学研究的主要进展。国外滚动轴承动力学分析认为滚动体/保持架兜孔间隙比保持架/引导边间隙小,则保持架会出现涡动。由于接触区的摩阻力系数、混合润滑膜的刚度与阻尼随载荷、温度和润滑剂流变特性等参数变化以及转移膜特性,仍有待进一步研究。要实现滚动轴承设计中参数优化,必须建立自己的轴承动力学分析软件包,以现有设计数据为基础建立轴承产品的优化设计数据库。 The progresses of the study on bearing dynamics were reviewed with respect to theoretical study and experimental investigation. According to the other' s dynamic simulation, the cage will occur whirl movement ff the ball - pocket clearance is smaller than the raceway land clearance. Because the traction coefficient, and stiffness and damping under mixed lubrication vary with load, temperature and theological characters and the inexplicit characteristics of transfer films, the current dynamic soft packages still need be improved further with regard to above factors. The optimal parametric design of rolling bearings requires the establishment of package for dynamics of roiling bearings and database for bearing design based on present design data.
