摘要
目的建立氯柳酊中氯霉素、水杨酸和甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC,使用Hypersil ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-0.002 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(50∶50),检测波长为284 nm。结果氯霉素、水杨酸和甲硝唑在此条件下实现基线分离,线性范围为5.0-50.0μg/ml,平均回收率分别为99.5%(RSD=0.7%)、99.1%(RSD=0.9%)、100.1%(RSD=0.5%)(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determinating of chloramphenicol,salicylic acid and metronidazole in lvliu tincture.Methods The separation was performed on ODS column.The mobile phase was methanol-0.002 mol/L KH2PO 4(50∶50) with detection wavelength at 284 nm.Results The linear range of chloramphenicol,salicylic acid and metronidazole was 5.0~50.0 μg/ml,and the average recovery was 99.5%(RSD=0.7%)、99.1%(RSD=0.9%)、100.1%(RSD=0.5%)(n=6),respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be used for the quality control.
