摘要
以某V12柴油机为例,利用随机信号与振动分析系统CRAS V4.3的模态测试分析功能对该柴油机机体进行了模态测试,得到了机体结构的前5阶固有频率及相应振型,可看出机体各部分振动的特征,据此为发动机结构改进设计提供了试验依据。
The modal test of V12 diesel block is carried out using the modal analysis function of CRAS V4.3 that is a random signal and vibration analysis system,the parameters and modal shapes are acquired. The inherent frequencies and modal shapes of the first five modes are obtained respectively. The results show the characteristics of vibration in every part,and some modifying suggestion to the block is also provided.
