摘要
社区教育的有效开展离不开社区资源和教育资源的有效共享。目前制约教育资源与社区资源实现共享的因素主要有应试教育盛行、社区意识淡漠、缺乏统筹协调机制等,因而影响了共享的效果。为此,要进一步加强素质教育、终生教育,增强社区意识,完善统筹协调机制,提高教育资源与社区资源的整合效果。
In order to take effectives steps in district education, it must share district and education resource positively. But some problems are existing, like district consciousness is faint, overall coordination mechanics is lack, etc. Thus, we should enhance quality and lifelong education, raise district consciousness, perfect overall coordination system, so that to put forward the integration affection in education and district resource.
