摘要
从知识表示、知识利用、知识获取三个方面介绍了知识熔接技术,并讨论了其发展现状;利用知识熔接技术即KF语言进行几何建模并实现其数据库的建立,以块特征的建立为例对其进行具体说明,最后以行星减速器中的行星轮为例进行齿轮系列化设计.运用UG/KF,工程师和设计师能够构造出完全可重复使用的知识库,在进行几何模型建立时只需输入相关参数即可,从而可以使其集中精力进行创新性设计,极大地提高了设计效率,从而实现了设计的自动化.
UG/knowledge fusion(KF) technology is introduced by knowledge representation, knowledge utilization and knowledge acquisition, and the development status of knowledge fusion is discussed. The geometric model and database achieved by knowledge fusion are mainly introduced and explained by building a block feature. Finally, with planetary gears as an example, a design is performed. By UG/KF, engineers and designers can construct re-useful databases, and only the required parameter is needed to be input for building geometric model. And thus, the attention can be focused on innovation, design efficiency is improved greatly, and automation of design is realized.
