摘要
[目的]探讨正己烷对接触工人机体的脂质过氧化作用。[方法]测定接触正己烷工人的血清中丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量或活性。[结果]接触组MDA含量显著高于对照组(P=0.048),T-AOC较对照组明显降低(P﹤0.0001);接触组中CAT活性高于对照组,GSH-Px低于对照组,但不具有统计学意义。[结论]正己烷可以引起暴露工人的脂质过氧化损伤,可能在正己烷中毒中具有重要作用。
[objective] To discuss lipid peroxidation of workers exposed to n-hexane. [Methods] Some indexes about lipid peroxidation such as MDA, T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT were determined. [ ResultsJ The MDA concentration of exposure group showed an significant increase compared with control group (P = 0.048) and the T-AOC activity showed an significant decrease (P 〈 0.0001 ); The differences of CAT and GSH-Px activity had no statistical sense. [Conclusion] N-hexane could cause lipid peroxidation damage, which maybe has important role in n-hexane toxicosis.
