摘要
采用FLUENT软件对冲击-逆向对流-气膜冷却结构进行了流固耦合计算,得到了对流通道和气膜形成区流场、流体温度场以及固壁温度场分布,分析了该冷却结构内部复杂的流动和换热情况.计算研究目的是摸索一种火焰筒壁温的计算方法,以较好地获得火焰筒壁温分布.计算结果和试验结果进行了对比,两者有较好的吻合性.分析表明采用流固耦合计算获取冲击-逆向对流-气膜冷却结构的壁温分布是可行的.
Fluid/solid conjugated heat transfer numerical simulation was conducted to study impingement-counterflow convection-film cooling by using the commercial codes FLU- ENT. The flow fields of convection passage and film forming region, and temperature distributions of fluid and solid wall were obtained and analyzed. The numerical study aims at obtaining a calculation method of flame tube wall temperature. The numerical results showed that the agreement with the experimental data was fairly good. Analyses indicated the fluid/ solid conjugated heat transfer numerical simulation is a feasible way to obtain the wall temperature of impingement-counterflow convection-film cooling.
