摘要
以纵轴式部分断面掘进机的截割比能耗为目标函数,取截割头的直径、锥角、螺旋叶片升角等作为设计变量,给出了各参数的模糊约束条件,运用最优化水平截集法将掘进机截割头结构参数的模糊优化问题转化为非模糊优化问题,建立了基于能量消耗最低的截割头结构参数的非模糊优化的数学模型。利用该模型确定截割头的结构参数,可使截割头的结构参数设计更加合理,能进一步改善掘进机的截割性能,明显提高掘进机截割的经济效益。
The fuzzy restraint conditions of the parameters are provided by taking special energy consummation for cutting of a longitudinal part-face roadheader as goal function, choosing diameter, conic angle of the cutting head and blade spiral rise angle as variables of design, and a fuzzy optimum design mathematic model for structure parameters of a cutting head is set up based on minimum consumed energy by translating the fuzzy optimum design problem to a non-fuzzy problem with the optimal level cut method, which may render the design of a cutting head more reasonable, further improve cutting performances of a roadheader, and greatly increase the economic benefit of cutting.
