摘要
发展和谐医患关系是保持正常医疗秩序的重要前提,而目前的医疗秩序重构又是发展和谐医患关系的必然。和谐医患关系的基础是医疗卫生服务价值理念的普遍公正合理,它要求以”以人为本”作为价值取向,以“人人享有”作为目标模式,以“医疗公平”作为基本理念,以“利益平衡”作为政治前提,以“规范监管”作为制度保障,以“诚信互动”作为必要条件。
Developing harmonious physician- patient relationship has been an important precondition of keeping normal medical order, and restructuring medical order is a necessity of developing harmonious physician - patient relationship in modern age. The base of the harmonious relationship is equitable and reasonable hygiene service value idea held universally, yet this idea needs take person - b^sed as its oriented value, everyone - owning as its targeted mode, treated - fairly as its primary idea, benefit - balanced as its political premise, regulated - supervision as its guarantee of abiding institutions, honesty and interaction as its necessary condition.
