油松无性系种子园花粉浓度及飞散规律的研究 被引量:12

摘要 万家沟油松无性系种子园已达盛果期,为了不断改良提高种子产量和品质,1995、1996连续两年进行花粉浓度及飞散规律的观测。结果表明:园内雄球花通常于5月中旬开始散粉,花期持续5-12天。花粉浓度的时空变化及传播距离主要受温度、湿度、风速和风向等气象因子的影响,一天内花粉浓度的最大值出现在12-18时,0-8m范围内花粉浓度呈双峰曲线变化,并以6m处花粉浓度最大,占总接收量的48%;主风方向接收量占15-24%。 pinus seed plot of asexual reproduction in Wanjiagou have been in fruit. In order to improve the quality and output of seed,we have observed the male gamete density and flying law in seed plot for two years,the result of observation shows:male one in plot often give out the gamete on. middle of May,flowering phase is ten to twelve days ;the change of male gamete density in time and space and the distance of flying are affected by temperature,humidity,wind force and direction ;The maximum density of a day is 12: 00 to 18: 00; there are two higher density within eight meters,the maximum is at six meter,it is 48 perent out of the total takes,about 14. 5 - 24 percent of pollen comes from the main wind dfrection.
