摘要
城市雨水流量计算是城市雨水排除管道设计的基础和依据,其标准按《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2006)执行;城市排涝流量计算是城市内部河渠、河道等设计的基础和依据,其标准按《水利水电工程水利动能设计规范》(DL/5015-1996)执行。由于城市排(雨)水与城市排涝的重现期概念、设计标准、流量计算方法不同,导致对城市内部同一河渠按城市雨水公式计算的设计流量与按城市排涝公式计算设计流量不同,造成工程技术人员在设计中缺乏依据。该文就两者的关系进行了研究,给出了两者的使用条件,以供设计时参考。
The calculation of the urban rainwater flow is the design foundation and basis of the urban rainwater drainage pipeline. Its standard is carried out by <<Outdoor Drainage Design Norm>> (GB50014-2006). The flow calculation of the urban city drain flooded fields is the design foundation and basis of the urban inland channels and rivers. Its standard is carried out by <<Water Conservancy Water and Electricity Engineering Water Conservancy Kinetic Energy Design Norm>> (DL/5015-1996). Owing to the differences on the recur period concepts, the design standards and the flow calculation methods of the urban drainage and rainwater with the urban drain flooded field, the design flow of a same river channel in a city is calculated differently on the urban rainwater formula from the urban drain flooded fields. It will lead some engineers to lack the basis in the design. The article studies both relations and gives the use both conditions for reference in the design.
