摘要
利用专门设计制造的腐蚀磨损试验机,对在不同极化电位下双相不锈钢于硫酸介质中的腐蚀磨损行为和摩擦性能进行了试验研究,并且借助于扫描电子显微镜等对试样的磨损表面作了观察与分析.结果表明:采用适当的阴极保护可以有效地降低双相不锈钢的腐蚀磨损率;在钝化电位下的腐蚀磨损率比在自然电位和阴极保护电位下的都高;外加极化电位在阴极保护电位区或与动态腐蚀电位相当时,摩擦系数比自然电位下的低;钝化区的摩擦系数比自然电位下的高,可见此时钝化膜的减摩性能差;在钝化电位下当载荷高于11.7N时。
A modified corrosive wear device was used to study the corrosive wear and friction behavior of a duplex stainless steel(DSS) in 1 mol/L H 2SO 4 under different polarizatin potential. A scanning electronic microscope was employed to observe the worn surface after testing. The results indicated that proper cathodic protection decreased the corrosive wear rate. The corrosive wear rate under passive potential was larger than that under corrosion and cathodic protection potential. The friction coefficient under cathodic protection potential or dynamic corrosion potential was smaller than that under corrosion potential, otherwise, the friction coefficient under passive potential was larger than that under corrosion potential. The passive film of the steel had not good property to endure load on the experimental condition and was greatly damaged if the applied load was over 11.7 N.
