摘要
目的检测碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)和E26转录因子(Ets-1)在卵巢癌中的表达,为评估卵巢癌的生物学行为提供新的依据。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素—过氧化物酶复合法(SP)检测有2002年6月-2006年1月在哈医大二院病理科的50例卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets-1的表达,观察其与肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及相互之间的关系。结果bFGF和Ets-1表达与原发性卵巢癌的FIGO分期、组织学分级密切相关(P<0.05);有大网膜淋巴结转移的病例bFGF和Ets-1阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移的病例(P<0.05和P<0.05)。结论bF-GF和Ets-1的表达与原发性卵巢癌发生和转移有密切关系,检测bFGF和Ets-1的表达可作为了解卵巢癌生物学行为的参考指标。
Objective: To provide new evidence for understanding the biological behavior of primary ovarian carcinoma, the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and E26 transformation - specific - 1 ( Ets - 1 ) was detected in primary ovarian carcinoma. Methods: Streptomycin avidin- biotin- peroxidase complex (SP) was used to detect the expression of bFGF and Ets -1 in 50 cases of primary ovarian carcinoma that come from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2002 to January 2006 . The relationship between their expression and FIGO stage, histologic grade as well as the status of lymph node was analyzed. Results : ① Expression of bFGF and Ets - 1 closely correlated with FIGO stage and histologic grade of primary ovarian carcinoma. ② Within carcinoma tissue , patients with metastases of omental lymph - nodes had higher expression of bFGF and Ets - 1 than patients without metastases. Conclusion: The results show that the expression of bFGF and Ets - 1 primary ovarian carcinoma was involved in the bilological behavior.
