摘要
氧化应激是糖尿病肾病的主要发病机制之一。在高糖等一系列致病因素作用下,肾小球系膜细胞和小管上皮细胞产生活性氧增多,抗氧化物质减少,不仅对机体造成氧化损伤,而且上调TGF-β等活性物质,使细胞外基质合成增加,降解减少,促进了糖尿病肾病的发生发展。本文综述了氧化应激的产生途径、对糖尿病肾病发病的影响,以及相应的防治措施等方面的研究进展。
Oxidative stress is one of the most important pathogenic mechanisms in diabetes mellitus. Affected by a series of factors especially hyperglycemia excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS ) resulted from oxidative stress could not be completely cleared by antioxidative defensive system in glomerular mesangial cells and tubu- lar epithelial cells. This could not only lead to the damage of tissues but also induce the upregulation of TGF-β which will result in the increase of synthesis and the decrease of degradation of extracellular matrix that accelerates the progress of diabetic nephropathy. This review summarized the product of ROS, its effect on the progress of diabetic nephropathy, and the recent research on antioxidative therapy.
