摘要 【目的】研究SIPA1基因在肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达情况及其临床意义。【方法】采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测86例HCC组织及其癌旁肝组织和8例正常肝组织中SIPA1的表达情况,研究其与HCC临床病理学资料及预后的关系。【结果】86例HCC中,SIPA1在癌组织的阳性表达率和癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为43.0%(37/86)和87.2%(75/86),前者明显低于后者(P<0.01)。有静脉侵袭的肝癌标本癌旁表达SIPA1低(P<0.05)。SIPA1蛋白在癌旁组织中表达存在个体差异,低表达组术后复发率更高(P<0.01),生存期更短(P<0.01)。【结论】SIPA1在HCC中发挥肿瘤抑制基因的作用,且对抑制HCC的复发转移有重要作用。 [Objective]To study the expression of SIPAl(signal-induced proliferation-associated gene 1) in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and its significance. [Methods]The expression of SIPA1 was examined in 86 sets of HCC tissues and corresponding PCLTs (paracarcinomatous liver tissue), and 8 normal liver tissues by immunohistochemistry. The relationship among SIPA1 expression , clinicopatholngic parameters and prognosis was studied. [Results]The expression of SIPA1 was stronger in PCLTs than in cancer tissues ( P 〈0.01) with the positive rate 87. 2% and 43. 0% respectively. The expression of SIPA1 in PCLTs was lower than in HCC specimens with vein invasion ( P =0. 019). The expression of SIPA1 in PCLTs was different individually, the lower expression patients tended to have higher recurrence rate (P = 0. 000) and shorter survival( P = 0. 006). [Conclusion]SIPA1 probably inhibits the metastasis and recurrence of HCC as a tumor suppressor gene.
