摘要
采用分布式控制系统、负压波检测法,根据泄漏产生的瞬态压力信息传播到上、下游的时间差,以及管内压力波的传播速度,即可计算出泄漏点的位置;但由于工业现场的电磁干扰、输油泵振动等因素,使采集到的压力波形序列夹杂着大量噪声.要实现负压波准确定位,关键在于捕捉压力波形的奇异点,为此采用小波变换技术.阐述了基于小波变换的测漏原理及定位方法,并在Matlab中利用db小波分析验证.经过处理,图形可以在开始时产生较大的差值,以便准确判断泄漏时刻.
In petro-industry,it is the primary condition of running systematically that the pipeline is sale. The early discovery of leakage accident and prevention of diffusion is becoming the important and demanding research subject. This project adopts distribute control system and negative pressure wave method. The location of leak point can be calculated by two facts, the first is the time difference that the instantaneous pressure information spreads from upper reaches to lower reaches. The second is the spread speed of the pressure wave inside pipelines,but industry interference and oil pump vibration make pressure wave arrar mixing a lot of noise. The key of precise location is to capture the signal stranger(features) ,so the technology of wavelet transform is used. The leak detecting principle and locating method based on wavelet muhiresolution are expounded,and tested it with db wavelet in Matlab. The figure can produce relatively old difference value,and the leak moment can be judged accurately.
