摘要
从反应机理上分析了影响PTA装置PX消耗的主要因素,结合工业实验数据和生产实践确定了装置主要工艺参数,通过调整催化剂含量及配比、采用富氧技术、降低反应温度、提高生产过程中PX回收率和减少装置非计划停车次数等措施来降低PX单耗,提高PTA产率。
The main factors that have effect on the PX unit consumption in PTA plant were analyzed based on the PX oxidation reaction mechanism. The main process parameters were determined combination with the industrial experiment data and production practices. The PX unit consumption was reduced by adjusting the catalyst content and charge ratio, enriching the oxygen in the reactor, lowering the temperature of the reaction, improving the recovery rate of PX in the production process, decreaing the times of non-planed stop. The PTA production rate was increased.
