摘要
以盆栽浓帕尔扁桃为试材,研究干旱对扁桃叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,随干旱程度加重,扁桃抗氧化酶活性逐渐增强,当土壤绝对含水量降至6.7%时,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性首先达高峰;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高峰则出现于土壤绝对含水量为3.0%时,之后两种酶活性逐渐降低;过氧化物酶(POD)活性高峰出现于土壤绝对含水量为3.5%时,之后逐渐下降;丙二醛(MDA)含量随干旱加重而逐渐增加,当土壤绝对含水量降至2.1%时其含量最高。
Trials with potted almond manifested that the activities of antioxidant enzymes in almond trees gradually increased with drought. When the absolute moisture content in soil dropped to 6.7%, the activity of CAT first reached the maximum. The activity of SOD, however, came to a head under 3.0% absolute water content in soil. On top of this, the activities of the two enzymes began to fall,and the activity of POD reached the peak value when 3.5% absolute soil water content was encountered, hereafter the activities of the two enzymes dropped by degrees. As well as, the content of MDA would increase with drought, and reached the top, when the absolute water content in soil dropped to 2. 1%.
