摘要
目的探讨多功能充气垫对呼吸科危重患者预防压疮，促进咳嗽排痰，体位引流，增加肺通气量，改善缺氧，提高患者舒适度的效果。方法选择2005年6月-2006年10月收入呼吸内科住院的危重患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组使用自制多功能充气垫进行护理。对照组采用传统护理方法。比较2组患者压疮发生率及舒适度情况。结果观察组患者在压疮发生率及患者的舒适度等方面显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论在呼吸科危重患者中应用多功能充气垫能有效地预防压疮，提高患者的舒适度。对急救及外出检查患者可替代氧气枕，提供不间断氧疗。
Objective To study the clinical effects about using multifunctional gas-filled cushion for patients with respiratory diseases, observe whether this design can support comfortable nursing for patients. Methods Selected 62 patients with respiratory diseases into the observation group （31 cases） and the control group （31 cases） randomly. The multifunctional gas-filled cushion was used in the observation group, while the traditional nursing cares were used in the control group. Compared the incidence rate of bedsore and comfortable condition between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of bedsore in the control group was significant higher than that of in the observation group, the comfortable degree in the observation group was better than that of in the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusions Using the multifunctional gas-filled cushion for patients with respiratory diseases can effectively prevent bedsore, replace the oxygen tank and support comfortable nursing for them.
