摘要 本文对腹足纲、狭舌目、骨螺科的脉红螺神经系统的大体解剖和组织学进行了初步研究。脉红螺神经系统头向集中程度较高,神经节愈合现象较为明显。切片上观察,中枢神经节均由神经节被膜、胞体区和神经纤维网构成;形态上相似的神经细胞有集中分布的现象。 The anatomy and the histology of the nervous system of Rapana venosa were studied preliminarily.The CNS of Rapana venosa consists of an oesophageal nerve ring, a visceral ganglion and two pleurovisceral connectives. The oesophageal nerve ring is formed by the fusion of several ganglia, including a pair of cerebral ganglia, pleural ganglia, pedal ganglia, buccal ganglia respectively, a supraoesophageal ganglion and a suboesophageal ganglion.The PNS of Rapana venosa is composed of the peripheral nerves and local ganglion. The only local ganglion found is the siphonal ganglion.The investigation with light microscope showed that some nerve cells with the same morphological appearance tend to cluster. Whether these cells have the same functional feature remains unknown.Every ganglion has three subdivisions: a surrounding sheath, a region of cell bodies and 3 region of neuropile. All the neurons consist of a globular cell body and a process directing to the region of neuropile.
