摘要
针对我国轨道交通既有轨道减振器的现状,参考国外同类产品的技术发展水平,在理论分析、结构设计、新材料应用等方面进行综合研究和分析,研发以双刚度为显著技术特点的剪切型轨道隔振器扣件;认为该扣件性能比目前使用的产品有较大提高,并与目前使用的产品具有可替换性。
Considering the track dampers adopted in China at present and referring to the technical development of the similar products in foreign countries, author of the paper has developed new track dampers model Ⅲ according to theoretical analysis and by applying new-property rubber. The track dampers model Ⅲ possesses double stiffiaess and better vibration reducing capacity, and can replace the old ones in situ.
