摘要
目的采用HPLC法能简单、快速和准确地同时测定联磺甲氧苄啶片中磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑和甲氧苄啶的含量。方法采用Allech C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,选择0.05mol·L^-1磷酸盐缓冲液:甲醇(70:30)为流动相,检测波长为240nm。结果磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、甲氧苄啶进样量分别为11.9-286.8μg·mL^-1(r=0.99998)、12.4~296.6μg·mL^-1(r=0.99998)、5.2~123.8μg·mL^-1(r=0.99995)时呈现良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为:101.1%(RSD=0.75%,n=9)、99.8%(RSD=1.78oA,n=9)、98.5%(1.84%,n=9)。结论本法快速、简便、准确,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of three compounds in Slfadiazine,Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim tablets. METHODS The contents were determined by HPLC with C18 (Allech (4.6 × 250mm, 5μm)), The mobile phase was 0.05mol· L^-1 phosphate solution-amortize: methanol (70 : 30)and detection wavelength was 240nm. RESULTS sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, and trimethoprim was linear within the ranges of 11.9-286.8μg· mL^-1(r=0. 99998),12.4-296. 6μg · mL^-1(r= 0.99998), 5.2-123.8μg · mL^-1 (r = 0.99995)respectively. The average recoverise of Sulfadiazine, Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim were 101.1%(RSD = 0.75%, n = 9 ), 99.8 % (RSD = 1. 78%, n = 9 ), 98.5% (1.84%, n= 9). respectively. CONCLUSION The method is fast, simple accurate and reproduceble.
