RP-HPLC测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物的浓度

摘要 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中五种苯二氮[艹卓]类药物浓度。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(48:14:38,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,室温检测。结果五种苯二氮蕈类药物分离较好,浓度在0.15~40μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.3%~104.4%,日内及日间精密度RSD〈4.7%。结论本法简便、快速,适用于临床血药浓度的常规监测和中毒病人的急救诊断。 OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was established for determination of five Benzodiazepines in serum concentration. METHODS Hypersil C18 (4. 6mm × 250mm, 10μm)colum was used. the mobile phase was composed of Methanval-acetonitrile-water (48 : 14 : 38, V/V), and the detecting wave-length was 254nm. RESULTS The linearity of Ben-zodiazepines in serum was in the range of 0.15μg · mL^-1 - 40μg · mL^-1. The recovery was 96.3 % -104. 4 % ,RSD of with-day and between-day were less than 4. 7 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick and accurate for determination of five Benzodiazepines concentration in serum.
